i hate that i can't get into this book

well written? obviously. but maybe too much for me right now? I just can’t get into it, and i don’t know why.  I am thinking it has to do w/ newell being so obnoxious and partly b/c lorraine is so heartbreaking.  I think that everything is a little too tangible for me right now.I am going to read about 4 magazines, fill my head w/ fluff, then I will be yearning for this book! p.s. I would totally be down for some YA as you can see from my forementioned mood.
